Project Definition

Roll out 2G/3G/4G for Swaziland to have its own government-owned mobile phone network.
This would be made up of 37 new tower sites and 13 share sites build.
The supplier "Huawei" will provide end to end solution from South Africa. The only concession is that as much local labour is to be used for digging of trenches and the foundation work. All profession skills must be supplied by South Africa. Concrete and rebar to be supplied by a Swaziland supplier.

TSSR - Technical Site Survey Report

Site Build - Purchasing of all support material required for the team to carry out the work; ie. vehicles, special tools, safety equipment, towers civil material etc
