Academy Apprenticeships
Develop an academy within the technical centre of BPB Gyproc that will be able to train and develop the underprivileged communities in and around South Africa.

Providing them with building skills to acquire work for themselves while managing the technical department of BPB Gypsum.

The academy must have a national reach and it must be registered with the relevant educational government bodies to ensure that it maintained the high levels of training required by the UK and Europe construction bodies.

Marketing Arm
The marketing strategy of the Academy was to provide training to the universities, colleges and training centres on the Use, Support, and Diversity of the products available by BPB Gypsum.

Technical Unit
Build a technical engineering supportive unit that will support the current technical teams in BPB Gypsum. This unit will provide the necessary designs, specifications and test required for the Architects to implement into the industry.

It needed to enhance the technical department with an R&D section to ensure product training has the facts of the product for the learners and for the industry as a whole.

Additionally, this unit will be providing solutions on site as consultants to large, medium and small projects such as

free information via a technical call centre, specifications and quantities to all product uses above and to supply free lectures to all above to achieve maximum brand awareness.
