Project Brief
Develop current project structures to engage and focus on tasks required to move the project forward within the company such as website design, marketing material, marketing strategy and project roll-out strategy. Working directly with the internal development teams and having to stand up meetings every morning to ensure clear communication and progress was made and monitored.
Open external engagements and build key partnerships to move the project forward regarding the Insurance, payments systems and validation of clients was required to be carried out from these external partners. Conduct direct facilitation and recommendations with the FCA board to find a solution all parties could work through.
Hardware servers, data capturing, financial aspects and bookkeeping all to be monitored through FCA.
Product
A systems / online product where Rightmove would underweight with an insurance company and provide a deposit to the people that don't have the financial money in doing so. This deposit will be paid off over the life of the tenancy agreement.
Objective
To alleviate the renter in providing more than 6 weeks rent before he/she has collected the deposit from the current property he / she is renting from.
Work Completed
All deliverables were completed before timelines. Internal development teams and executive had a clear path to implement the project on the given dates. Contracts were negotiated and approved in with all external partners. Market testing was completed and agreed with the risk analysis and competition to what would be required to enter the market.
All evidence of the project was captured on the laptop provided.
